Refund & Cancellation Policy
What happens to payments if a project or service is cancelled.
Last updated: 15 October 2026
1. Before work begins
If you cancel after approving a proposal but before we begin work, we refund the advance after deducting payment-processing charges that cannot be recovered. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within a reasonable period after we confirm the cancellation.
2. After work has started
The advance (50%) reserves our team's time and pays for discovery, planning and design effort. Once work has started, the advance is non-refundable. If you cancel part-way, you pay for work completed up to that point, calculated against the agreed milestones. Where you have paid more than the value of completed work, we refund the difference.
3. Completed and delivered work
Payments for work that has been delivered, launched or accepted are not refundable. Dissatisfaction with a result that matches the approved scope is addressed through the included revision rounds.
4. Revisions
Revisions are handled within the included 2 rounds. Requests outside the approved scope are scope changes and are quoted separately.
5. Monthly services
Monthly services (such as social media management and local SEO) renew each month. You can cancel with 30 days' written notice. Fees for a month already started are not refundable, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
6. Third-party costs
Domains, hosting, subscriptions, platform fees, advertising spend, payment gateway fees, WhatsApp and Meta charges, AI usage costs and other third-party charges are paid to the provider and are governed by their refund policies. We cannot refund amounts we did not receive.
7. Client delays
If a project is paused for a long period because content, access or approvals are pending from the client, we may close it after notice. Work completed up to that point remains payable.
8. Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, write to us and we will review it promptly and in good faith.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
This policy shall be governed by the applicable laws of India. Any dispute, claim or proceeding arising out of or relating to the services, agreement, payment, or these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, India.
